Services

Modern Hot Water Co. provides heat pump hot water installation, replacement, and repair services on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

Pricing

Our standard installation price of $3,600 (including GST) applies to standard installations only. Standard conditions include:

Replacement of an existing hot water system in the same location
Standard plumbing connections to existing pipework
Standard electrical connections with available circuit
Ground-level access without crane requirements
No asbestos present

Additional work beyond standard conditions will be quoted separately and approved by you before we proceed.

Government Rebates

Our pricing includes the application of Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs). The value of STCs is subject to market fluctuation. We apply the current market rate at the time of installation.

Warranty

All installations come with the manufacturer's product warranty and our workmanship guarantee. Specific warranty terms vary by product and will be provided at the time of installation.
